VIRTUAL DELEGATE’S REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDES

Access to all sessions that will be available online from the three main lectures theatres and poster sessions.  This will include all the keynote addresses.

PRE-CONGRESS WORKSOP REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDES:

Access to the Pre-congress workshop that has been booked including workshop materials, Lunch and coffee breaks, on  Wednesday- VAT included. Delegates can book to attend a Pre-congress workshop without attending the main Congress. All the workshops will be in-person only and will not be delivered virtually/remotely

Accompanying person fee includes:

Accompanying person can only participate in the social programme activities. A registered participant can only register ONE accompanying person.

Social Programme

We are developing an exciting social programme and information on this and the costs will soon appear on the website and will be sent to delegates who have already registered.

Online Registration form

Registration must be done by filling the Online Registration form, one form per person. You will receive a reservation confirmation after completing the form; if you do not receive it, please contact the Technical Secretariat at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. Please, introduce the Name, Surname, Company/Institution, City, Country as you want it to appear on the name Badge.

If student registration is selected, please provide proof of present enrollment in an academic institution; otherwise, you will be requested to pay the full registration fee.

A confirmation voucher and invoice will be sent right after the payment is received. Please review it carefully and take note of your registration number. This number will be requested for any change or check.

Payment

All payments have to be made in Euros. The following payment methods will be available:

Credit Card Online:
you will be redirected to a Bank secure page. VISA, Mastercard and American Express are accepted.Bank

Transfer: detailed banking information will be provided automatically upon request by e-mailing This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. .  Bank fees must be paid by the participant. This option will only be available until August 19th 2022. No personal check will be accepted for any payments. 

Payment on-site:
Cash (Euro) or credit card (VISA, Mastercard and American Express) are accepted.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that cancellations are sometimes necessary. Delegates may receive a refund less 50€ processing fee for cancellation requests made by June 27, 2022 at 23:59 (GMT+1). No refunds will be granted for cancellation after June 28, 2022.

Refunds will be issued after the Conference. Bank charges will be deducted from the refund. Refunds will be paid in Euros.

EABCT 2022 Organisers will not be responsible for any losses incurred by attendees, including (but not limited to) airline cancellation charges or hotel deposits.
